We are looking for a driven and persuasive Telesale to join our growing eCommerce team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on whatsapp, messenger and the phone, knows how to engage live hosts, and has a strong hunger to close deal. If you’re results-oriented and enjoy turning conversations into conversions, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities

- Confident, proactive, and persistent personality

- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (eCommerce experience is a plus)

- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

- Good follow-up and closing skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Mandarin speaking is a must.

• Find Live Hosts via social media.

• Follow up consistently with the Live Hosts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Live Hosts.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Update Live Hosts records and track interactions accurately via Excel or Google Sheet.
