Full Time Heavy Vehicle Driver Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 + additional compensation in IOG Sales & Marketing (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Possess good knowledge of road networks throughout Peninsular Malaysia and be proficient in using GPS navigation applications such as Waze and Google Maps to ensure timely, efficient, and safe delivery of LPG cylinders to customers.

Demonstrate discipline, honesty, integrity, and accountability in carrying out daily duties. Maintain professionalism and exercise care when entering customers' premises while ensuring the safe handling and delivery of LPG products.

Achieve assigned weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by actively promoting LPG products, identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and implementing effective sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory.

Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable LPG products and services by following the company's sales process. Provide product explanations, answer customer inquiries, and promote the benefits of the company's LPG solutions to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Represent the company in a professional manner by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, and building long-term relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Carry out daily delivery and sales activities, including loading and unloading LPG cylinders, collecting payments where applicable, issuing receipts or invoices, and ensuring all sales and delivery records are completed accurately.

Conduct daily inspections of the assigned lorry to ensure it is clean, roadworthy, and safe for operation. Report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance requirements promptly to the relevant department.

Identify potential customers along the assigned delivery route and actively seek opportunities to expand the customer base by introducing the company's LPG products and services.

Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports, delivery records, and customer feedback to the Sales Supervisor or Management to support business operations and performance monitoring.

Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to LPG transportation, handling, storage, and customer service to ensure a safe working environment and high service standards.

Safely operate the LPG lorry and deliver LPG cylinders to customers according to the assigned delivery routes and schedules.

Manage daily sales transactions, including issuing invoices, collecting payments from customers, and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, sales, customer payments, and LPG inventory in accordance with company procedures.

Load and unload LPG cylinders safely and efficiently while complying with the company's safety procedures and handling guidelines.

Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned lorry to ensure it is roadworthy, clean, and in good working condition. Report any mechanical faults, damages, or maintenance issues promptly.

Comply with all road traffic regulations, company policies, and safety standards related to the transportation, storage, and handling of LPG products.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing professional, courteous, and reliable service during every delivery and sales interaction.

Report customer feedback, complaints, service issues, and potential sales opportunities identified during deliveries to the Sales Supervisor or Management.

Assist with basic maintenance and upkeep of the assigned lorry, delivery equipment, and related tools to ensure safe and efficient daily operations.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time in support of the company's operational requirements.
