Kontrak Company Driver Cum Dispatch Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Alpha Galaxy Sdn. Bhd. Shah Alam - Maukerja

Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record.

Preferably with experience as a Company Driver, Personal Driver, Management Driver, Dispatch Driver, or similar role.

Familiar with Puncak Alam, Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Klang Valley, and surrounding areas.

Able to practise safe, careful, and defensive driving at all times.

Punctual, reliable, responsible, and able to follow daily schedules and ad hoc instructions.

Willing to work overtime, after office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Able to maintain confidentiality when handling company documents, management matters, and assigned errands.

Presentable, polite, disciplined, and professional when dealing with management, staff, guests, clients, and external parties.

Able to maintain vehicle cleanliness, monitor basic vehicle condition, and keep proper mileage / fuel / servicing records.

Must be flexible to support dispatch duties, urgent assignments, standby arrangements, and reasonable ad hoc operational tasks.

Safely transport management, authorized personnel, guests, and company representatives to meetings, appointments, business engagements, airports, residences, and other assigned destinations.

Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to daily schedule, route planning, and ad hoc instructions.

Plan travel routes in advance, monitor traffic conditions, and select the most efficient route to avoid unnecessary delays.

Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.

Conduct routine vehicle checks including engine condition, tyre pressure, fuel level, battery, brakes, lights, and cleanliness before and after use.

Arrange and monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, communicate with the PIC for road tax renewal, insurance renewal, and PUSPAKOM inspection in advance before expiry.

Keep proper records of mileage, fuel consumption, servicing schedule, maintenance history, dispatch activities, receipts, acknowledgements, and collection details.

Deliver and collect documents, parcels, cheques, official correspondence, and other items to/from clients, suppliers, business partners, banks, government departments, and other assigned locations.

Ensure all dispatched items are delivered accurately, safely, confidentially, and within the required timeline.

Coordinate urgent same-day deliveries or collections based on management and operational priorities.

Assist management with ad hoc errands and reasonable operational support tasks such as collecting office supplies, food orders, household necessities, maintenance items, or urgent requested materials.

Remain flexible to perform additional duties, standby assignments, overtime, weekend, public holiday, or after-office-hour driving assignments when required.

Maintain professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and safe conduct in all assignments.
