Full Time Penyelia Ladang Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Irkaz Holdings Terengganu - Maukerja

Minimum SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3 or equivalent.

Prior experience in agriculture, plantation management, farming, or botanical field is preferred.

Good leadership and supervisory skills to manage farm workers and daily attendance.

Basic skills in record-keeping and preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in a farm/plantation environment.

Report to and receive instructions directly from the Farm Manager.

Prepare records as well as weekly and monthly reports regarding daily activities, material usage, crop yield/production, and worker attendance.

Supervise daily farm operations, including seeding/nursery, transplanting, fertilizing, watering, and crop growth.

Assist in harvesting fresh produce.

Responsible for pest control and managing overall crop growth at the farm.

Assist the farm manager in maintaining all farming tools/equipment and ensuring farm cleanliness.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the farm manager when required.
