Full Time Site Supervisor / Site Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Irkaz Holdings WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.

Proven working experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Engineer, or Construction Supervisor.

Experience liaising with external stakeholders, clients, sub-contractors, or public transport operators (e.g., MRT Corp, Rapid Bus) is an added advantage.

Ability to read and interpret engineering/construction drawings and specifications.

Strong leadership, site coordination, time management, and report writing skills.

Knowledge of site safety regulations, quality assurance, and quality control (QA/QC) standards.

Supervise and monitor daily site work progress.

Coordinate with subcontractors, Client (MRT Corp) and Building Operator (Rapid Bus).

Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

Prepare and update site reports, progress updates, inspection requests, and related documentation.

Monitor material usage and site manpower.

Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and quality standards.

Assist the Project Manager/Project Engineer in technical and site coordination matters.

Attend site meetings and inspections when required.
