Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.

3–5 years of experience in Campaign Management, Retail Marketing, Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Marketing.

Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.

Strong understanding of campaign planning, customer journey, retail activation, and promotional strategy.

Experience supporting product launches and commercial initiatives from planning through execution.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Highly analytical with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience in the automotive, e-commerce, retail, or technology industry is an added advantage.

Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and go-to-market initiatives to achieve business and sales objectives.

Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Retail Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and campaign execution.

Develop and manage the campaign calendar, ensuring timely delivery of promotional initiatives and market activations.

Execute retail marketing initiatives, including on-ground activations, branch campaigns, events, partnerships, and seasonal promotions to drive customer traffic and sales opportunities.

Work closely with the Sales team to develop sales enablement materials, product communications, and campaign toolkits to ensure effective product positioning and execution.

Support the commercialization of ancillary products by developing bundled offerings and customer-centric propositions throughout the vehicle ownership journey.

Coordinate the end-to-end go-to-market process for new products, promotions, and commercial initiatives, ensuring readiness across all customer and sales channels.

Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and product adoption, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new promotional opportunities that enhance customer value and contribute to commercial growth.

Ensure consistent execution of campaigns, promotions, and product messaging across all retail and digital channels.

Support post-campaign analysis by tracking key performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve future initiatives.
