Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field is required

Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet the projects deadline

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication, reporting writing and presentation skills

Language proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu

Conduct research and development activities for new and existing product

Perform laboratory testing and product analysis

Develop, improve, and customize emulsion properties and polymerization method

Prepare technical reports, research papers, and documentation

Collect and organize technical journals related to emulsion polymerization and coatings for future reference
