At least 1 year of experience in managing HR-related tickets and inquiries, providing timely resolutions and support.

Experience in HR Operations and employee support.

Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits.

Experience using an HRIS/PCMS to maintain employee records.

Understanding of HR compliance and employment documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to generate and analyze HR report

Process employee requests related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the PCMS.

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes within the PCMS for new and departing employees.

Ensure all PCMS data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

Generate and analyze PCMS reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, including setting up accounts, equipment, and access.

Manage employee exit procedures, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.

Ensure all HR documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with legal and company standards.

Assist in maintaining HR compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Act as the point of contact for employee HR-related questions and concerns.
