Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheet, Google Drive, Google Docs etc).

Interest in using ERP software (Odoo)

Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Assist with daily administrative and accounting tasks.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.

Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other accounting documents.

Assist in processing payments, receipts, and expense records.

Support basic bookkeeping and account reconciliation.

Organize and maintain office documents and files.

Answer phone calls, emails, and general administrative enquiries.

Assist with inventory tracking and office supplies management.

Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
