Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Senior Service Crew, Captain, or Supervisor in F&B / Restaurant operations.

Strong team leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English(Conversational Mandarin is an added advantage).

Comfortable working on a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsible, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Floor Leadership: Oversee daily F&B floor operations, assign service stations, and conduct pre-shift briefings.

Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional service standards, warmly greet guests, and handle customer feedback or complaints tactfully.

Cashiering & POS: Handle daily opening/closing procedures, cash register reconciliation, and daily sales reporting.

Stock & Inventory: Monitor floor stock levels, assist with weekly inventory counts, and handle stock requisitions.

Team Guidance: Train and mentor junior service crew on service SOPs, menu recommendations, and upselling techniques.

Hygiene & SOPs: Maintain high standards of outlet cleanliness and strictly enforce food safety/hygiene protocols.
