Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented, and reliable Operations & Retail Assistant to join our team. This role combines retail sales and operational support responsibilities. You will provide excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and assist with inventory and warehouse operations to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and arrange incoming stock deliveries.

• Perform stock replenishment, stock transfers, stock counts, and inventory checks.

• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, labelling, and preparing stock for distribution when required.

• Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary.

• Work closely with the retail, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely stock movement and operational efficiency.

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.

• Recommend products and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

• Handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments.

• Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Company.
