• 3-5 years of kitchen experience (CDP or strong Commis are welcome to apply).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Able to work well under pressure.

• Team player with good communication.

• Responsible, punctual, and committed to food quality.

• Passion for Western cuisine is a bonus.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.

• Manage your assigned kitchen section efficiently.

• Ensure food is prepared consistently and served on time.

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety at all times.

• Monitor ingredient quality and minimize food waste.

• Assist with stock control and daily kitchen preparation.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to improve operations.

• Support and guide junior kitchen staff when needed.
