· Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Mass Communication, or related field

· Fresh graduate or less than 3 years working experience are encouraged to apply!

· Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)

· Presentable, confident, and professional appearance

· Proactive, hungry to learn, resilient, and customer-first mindset

· Passionate, strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Basic understanding of B2B sales, Internet services, or telco industry (preferred but not required)

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Own transport and willingness to travel within Klang Valley

· Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

1. Hunting (New Business Development)

· Identify and prospect new B2B clients in Klang Valley, including SMEs, corporates, and homestay operators.

· Conduct cold calls, site visits, and product presentations to close new accounts.

· Achieve monthly sales targets for Enterprise and DIA solutions.

2. Farming (Account Management)

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients.

· Ensure high retention and upsell additional services (e.g., dedicated support, higher bandwidth).

· Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, renewals, and contract negotiations.

3. Operational & Support

· Coordinate with Freshtel technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

· Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity records in CRM system.
