Qualifications

· Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

· Valid Class D driving licence with a clean driving record.

Experience

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, or Corporate Driver.

· Experience driving senior management or company executives is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies

· Excellent driving skills with a strong safety record.

· Familiarity with local roads, highways, and navigation applications.

· Good time management and organizational skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.

· Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge is an advantage.

· Professional, courteous, and well-groomed appearance.

Working Hours

• Working hours will be based on the Director's/Employer's work schedule and itinerary.

• Must have flexible working hours and be available to provide services outside normal office hours, on weekends, and on public holidays (if required).

Preferred Criteria

• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur/Klang Valley area and major highway routes.

• Willing to accept outstation travel (long-distance domestic driving).

• No criminal record and a good driving history.

• Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period will be given priority.

• Transportation Services

· Safely transport the Director, CEO, family members, guests, and other designated individuals to various destinations.

· Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to the assigned schedule.

· Plan efficient travel routes, taking into account traffic and road conditions.

· Be available for ad hoc trips, business meetings, events, and outstation travel when required.

• Vehicle Maintenance and Management

· Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.

· Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle(s).

· Monitor and coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, road tax renewals, and other regulatory requirements.

· Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and mileage.

• Safety and Compliance

· Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.

· Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure passenger safety.

· Immediately report any accidents, incidents, traffic violations, or vehicle issues.

· Ensure all necessary documents related to the vehicle are valid and available.

• Administrative and Support Duties

· Assist with the delivery and collection of documents, parcels, or other items when required.

· Run errands and perform other duties as assigned by the Director or employer.

· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and business matters.
