Working Hours: 5 working days, 24/7 rotational shift

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

• At least a recognized Diploma with minimum 2 years’ experiences.

• SPM / STPM or equivalent certificate holders with at least 5 years of work experienced may be considered.

• Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays to support 24x7 Call Centre service operations.

• Prior experience in a call centre is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Deliver professional and responsive customer support via phone, ensuring a high standard of service.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Follow up on customer requests in accordance with service procedures and timelines.

• Educate customers on available products and services and guide them to relevant self-service resources.

• Accurately update customer information and interaction records in the system.

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and data privacy in all customer interactions.

• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
