Part Time Part-timer for Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 40 in TR Build Group Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in IT or intelligent systems pre-sales support.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.

Ability to prepare technical documentation, solution proposals, and presentation slides.

Proficient in office software, able to read and modify drawings using CAD software, with system design capabilities.

Possess strong professionalism, proactive attitude, good learning ability, and teamwork spirit

Experience handling large-scale construction projects

Strong network with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors

Possess valid driving license and own transport

Able to communicate in English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin (Must be able to speak in Mandarin)

Experience in project tendering and contract negotiation

Provide pre-sales consulting for information system projects, including data centers, digital factories, and ELV intelligent systems.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients to understand their requirements, conducting requirement analysis, preparing and presenting technical solutions, and creating presentation materials (PPT).

Handle tendering and bidding processes, including preparing proposal documents and participating in pricing evaluations based on client requirements.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers internally to assist in early-stage project requirement analysis and support the sales team in pre-sales activities, proactively solving or coordinating issues when necessary.

Organize and optimize company product documentation, and collect relevant industry and supplier information.

Work with technical teams to communicate and align technical specifications with partners

Assist the company in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and support procurement by conducting supplier inquiries and price comparisons.
