Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Bayan Lepas - Maukerja

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or a similar role within the construction industry.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Proficiency in cost estimation, contract administration, and tender analysis.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other tender and contract administrative functions.

Analyze costs and ensure that projects are completed within budget.

Manage and reduce costs across project life cycles.

Advise on procurement strategy and manage tendering processes.

Administer contracts and manage payments.

Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks.

Liaise with clients, designers, and contractors on commercial issues.
