Full Time Sales Operations & Customer Support Executive (Welcome Fresh Grad) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Role Summary:

This is a hybrid role covering sales operations, customer support, and basic admin / finance coordination. As the Malaysia team is still at an early setup stage, this position will help take over a large portion of execution-related work and support smoother client delivery, internal coordination, and communication with the China HQ.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Trilingual in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia

2. Fresh graduates or candidates without direct experience may also be considered, provided they are careful, reliable, and willing to learn

3. Good communication skills, execution ability, and strong attention to detail

4. Comfortable with a hybrid support / operations / customer-facing role

1. Prepare and organize monthly Malaysia operational and sales-related reports, and submit them to the China team based on HQ requirements

2. Collect and organize customer contracts, payment records, invoices, and expense documents

3. Issue sales invoices and assist with billing, collection follow-up, and basic finance support work

4. Learn and use systems such as AutoCount and SQL for basic data entry, export, and reconciliation support

5. Support the sales team in organizing quotations, customer information, order details, and KYC / SSM-related documents

6. Handle basic customer follow-up after onboarding, assist with simple usage issues, and escalate technical matters to the technical team

7. Coordinate document and information flow between local accounting, HR / payroll outsourcing partners, customers, and internal teams

8. Support general administrative tasks such as document filing, meeting arrangements, and basic office coordination
