Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.

• Minimum one to three years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating ecommerce, branding, advertising or retail-design work.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.

• Experience creating product-listing images, campaign graphics or digital advertisements.

• Ability to prepare print-ready and large-format production artwork.

• Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

• Good command of English.

• Experience with Amazon, Shopify or international ecommerce brands is highly preferred.

Candidates with a strong portfolio may be considered even without the stated academic qualifications.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is required and should preferably include examples of:

• Ecommerce product-listing designs

• Amazon or Shopify graphics

• Digital advertisements

• Campaign key visuals

• Branding projects

• Retail-store or point-of-sale materials

• Print-production artwork

• Product photo retouching and composition

Ecommerce and Marketplace Design

• Create product-listing images, feature graphics, comparison charts and promotional visuals.

• Design Amazon listing images, A+ Content, Brand Store banners and advertising creatives.

• Produce Shopify homepage banners, product-page graphics, collection visuals and campaign materials.

• Prepare storefront banners, thumbnails, promotional graphics and livestream assets for TikTok Shop and Shopee.

• Ensure designs are mobile-friendly, platform-compliant and visually consistent.

Campaign and Branding Design

• Develop key visuals for product launches, seasonal promotions and ecommerce campaigns.

• Maintain consistent branding across websites, marketplaces, social media and printed materials.

• Create templates that can be adapted for different countries, languages, products and platforms.

• Retouch product photos and create polished product compositions.

Retail and Merchandising Design

Design materials for X-ONE retail stores, dealers, exhibitions and events, including:

• Wall graphics and wallpaper

• Lightboxes and posters

• Storefront and window graphics

• Product displays and promotional signage

• Shelf strips, price cards and product-information cards

• Brochures, catalogues and point-of-sale materials

• Event, roadshow and exhibition graphics

Print Production

• Prepare accurate print-ready and large-format artwork.

• Ensure correct dimensions, bleed, resolution, colour mode and file formats.

• Coordinate with printers, fabricators and suppliers when required.

• Review proofs and production samples before final output.

Creative Asset Management

• Manage multiple projects according to campaign deadlines.

• Maintain organised source files, editable artwork and final assets.

• Build reusable templates and maintain the company's creative library.
