Must possess a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification.

No prior experience in маникюр is required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Must be punctual and reliable for a full-time, onsite position at our Subang Jaya location.

Assist senior nail technicians in performing manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements according to salon standards and client preferences.

Prepare and sterilize tools and equipment before and after each client service to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, including tidying up treatment areas and restocking supplies.

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, understanding their needs, and ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Learn and practice various nail care techniques, including filing, buffing, cuticle care, and polish application, under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Assist with client consultations, offering basic advice on nail care and product recommendations as learned during training.

Observe and learn about different nail products and brands distributed by Zent Circle Sdn Bhd, understanding their features and benefits.

Support the salon team in daily operations, which may include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client records.

Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously develop technical skills and product knowledge.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to ensure a safe working environment for clients and colleagues.
