Full Time Manager, Group PMO Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in Carsome Selangor - Maukerja

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, business performance management, commercial operations, consulting, business strategy, finance, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of P&L management, financial analysis, productivity measurement, and business performance management.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving business transformation initiatives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

• Experience developing KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and business reporting.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with senior leadership.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or other analytics and visualization tools is highly advantageous.

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strategic Project & Program Management

• Lead and manage strategic initiatives and transformation projects across Commercial and Operations functions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Drive project execution and ensure alignment with business priorities and organizational goals.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

Business Performance & P&L Management

• Support business leaders in monitoring and managing Profit & Loss (P&L) performance across business units.

• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability drivers to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

• Develop business performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.

• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to management.

Productivity & Operational Excellence

• Establish and monitor productivity metrics across Commercial and Operations teams.

• Analyze workforce productivity, process efficiency, and resource utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and business performance.

• Develop performance benchmarks and KPI frameworks to measure organizational success. Data Analytics & Insights

• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, business opportunities, and operational gaps.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, customer journeys, and operational efficiency.

• Work closely with data and business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities and performance visibility.

• Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Process Improvement & Governance

• Review, establish, and enhance business processes, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure governance standards and operational controls are effectively implemented.

• Lead process optimization initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, operations teams, and regional counterparts to drive business outcomes.

• Facilitate performance review discussions and project governance meetings.

• Build strong relationships across functions to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic priorities.
