Requirements
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Has mass hiring / high volume hiring experience (especially in blue collars)
At least diploma or 1 year relevant working experience
Responsibilities
Follow up with leads obtained from various multiple channels (e.g. FB ads, TikTok ads, AWB/SPX Website, FB Community Groups, Referral Programme, Physical Banners & Flyers)
Call up IDs that have been created but haven't turned up for work
Manage existing 100+ Whatsapp groups for newly onboarded/attrited FT/PT courier & sorter pool, to answer all their queries regarding pay, hub location, shift hours etc
Assist with new hires' onboarding
Support the team with OPS ID creation, especially for peak season / weekends
