1.Must work full-time on-site at our warehouse premise in Klang.

2.Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR, administration, warehousing or logistics industry is preferred; fresh graduates majoring in Human Resource Management are also welcome to apply.

3.Fluent verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; conversational Mandarin is an essential work skill for daily coordination with Mandarin-speaking management and multinational warehouse staff.

4.Well-versed in Malaysia labour laws and statutory contribution schemes including EPF, SOCSO and EIS.

5.Meticulous, patient, equipped with strong communication skills and capable of handling multiple HR tasks concurrently.

6.Hold valid unrestricted work rights in Malaysia.

Job Summary

We are hiring a full-time on-site HR Specialist based at our warehouse in Klang, Selangor. This role covers end-to-end recruitment, employee document administration, statutory contribution filing, attendance compilation and employee relations management. Multilingual communication proficiency is a mandatory job requirement as you will coordinate with a diverse, multinational workforce daily.

Job Responsibilities

1.Conduct full-cycle recruitment for warehouse operators and office staff, including job ad publishing, resume screening and interview coordination.

2.Liaise with manpower agents and manage shift scheduling for warehouse employees.

3.Complete full employee onboarding procedures: draft employment contracts, collect staff documentation, and submit EPF, SOCSO and EIS registrations to relevant government authorities.

4.Compile daily attendance, shift and overtime records to support monthly payroll calculation.

5.Conduct warehouse inventory management and generate relevant data reports.

6.Resolve staff grievances and maintain harmonious industrial relations among multinational warehouse teams.

7.Maintain up-to-date employee files and submit monthly HR reports to company management.
