Full Time QC Cum Halal Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Memang Meow Kopitiam Selangor - Maukerja

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Food Science and Technology or any relevant food science background

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

• Qualified in HALAL Management, ISO 9001, HACCP and GMP will be an advantage

• Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive

• Able to work independent

• Own transport

• Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure

• Can keep up with tight deadlines

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong leadership, result driven, problem-solving skills

• Willing to travel across project sites, flexible with time and willing to render overtime work

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing ISO, HACCP and Halal documents

• Managing the documents and ensure the data in the documents are up to date

• Liaise with supplier in gathering products information

• Conducting internal audits as per schedule if needed

• Responsible in conducting a management review and HACCP meeting with HACCP team

• Train staff regarding ISO & HACCP knowledge

Halal Compliance and Application

• Managing halal application by apply new and renewal of halal certification for all products produced

• To ensure the company’s manufacturing conforms to halal standards and to ensure sources of ingredients are halal and suppliers chosen to supply materials have certified halal certificate

• Responsible in applying halal application for each outlet including franchisee

• Conducting Halal Internal Audit practice

• Revising and updating Halal Assurance System (HAS) as per JAKIM requirements

• Responsible in conducting Halal Internal Training

• Ensure staff are following the SOP created regarding halal

• Liaise with JAKIM regarding new SOP and circular

• Collecting and updating halal certificates for raw materials

Internal Auditor

• Conducting store assessment for all outlets including franchisee

• Travel to outlets including those outside KL and Selangor for internal audit (When necessary)

• Ensure the outlets are following SOP and food safety & hygiene SOP

Training

• Conduct training for staff regarding food safety and hygiene

• Conduct training related to HACCP and Halal

Pest Control

• Liaise with pest control provider for new outlets

• Responsible in maintaining the outlets are free of pest and take action for cases related to pest

• Working hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm)
