SPM, UEC, STPM or equivalent qualification.

Relevant technical or professional certification will be an advantage.

Minimum 1 year of relevant massage or wellness experience.

Able to perform foot reflexology and shoulder & neck massage.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin for daily customer interactions.

Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, service-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willing to follow the assigned work schedule.

Provide foot reflexology and meridian massage services.

Perform shoulder and neck massage treatments according to customers' needs.

Provide appropriate treatment recommendations and professional customer service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas.

Follow established service procedures and workplace standards.

Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive service experience.

Perform other beauty and wellness-related duties as assigned.
