Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings and designs.

Knowledge of construction, building, M&E and ACMV works will be an advantage.

Able to communicate effectively in English for work-related matters.

Good project coordination, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Able to work independently and coordinate with relevant site teams and stakeholders.

Supervise and coordinate construction, building, M&E, ACMV and other site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project schedules and coordinate site activities to minimise delays.

Interpret technical drawings and designs and provide relevant technical advice.

Identify and resolve technical issues encountered on-site.

Monitor the quality of project works to ensure compliance with project specifications and required standards.

Ensure site activities are carried out safely and in accordance with applicable safety procedures.

Prepare progress reports, method statements, risk assessments and other project-related documentation.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders as required.
