• Mandarin Speaker Only due to business requirements and clientele

• Must possess own transportation, as the work location is not accessible by public transport

• Minimum with SPM/ UEC.

• Must be able to work shift, weekend and Public Holiday

• Morning Shift (Work In Office) - 08:30am - 05:30pm/ 08:30am to 6:00pm

• Afternoon Shift (Work From Home) - 11:00am - 8:00pm/ 02:00pm - 11:00pm

Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin due to business requirements and clientele.

• Passionate about providing great customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

• Provide guidance and assistance online and product usage.

• Assist customer inquiry and complaints.

• Assist in replying to FB messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Etc

• Assist in collection of outstanding payment from customers.

• Acquire and process thorough knowledge of Company's product and services.

• Maintain comprehensive records of sales and other activities as required.

• Any ad-hoc assignment from immediate superior/ Management.
