Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

  • Mandarin speaker is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail or branch management.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch.

  • Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company SOPs.

  • Monitor staff performance and prepare operational reports.
