Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.

Language Proficiency:Fluency in theJapanese language (written and spoken) to manage and support the Japan market.

Working Experience & Knowledge:

• Background or experience in customer service, sales support, or client relationship management.

• Experience handling multi-channel communications (phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels).

• Familiarity with using CRM systems to log, update, and maintain accurate customer records.

General Capabilities:

• Driven to achieve individual and team sales targets and performance indicators.

• Capable of handling customer complaints professionally and providing effective resolutions.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately process customer orders, payments, returns, and service requests.
