Requirements:

• Strong design sense and a passion for aesthetics

• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D software

• Good communication and client-handling skills

• Understanding of current design trends and material options

• Mandarin speaker preferred

• Able to work in a hybrid environment

Responsibilities: 

• Create 2D layout plans, design proposals, 3D drawings and drawings details

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide design advice

• Stay updated and knowledgeable about market materials

• Work closely with the team to execute design concepts smoothly
