Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital customer service is preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Sales-driven, proactive, and able to achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via e-commerce platforms, social media, WhatsApp, and other online channels.

  • Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.

  • Prepare quotations and sales proposals based on customer requirements.
