Full Time Social Media Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 + additional compensation in Chimo Life Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma or above, preferably in Marketing, Media or Business

• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, branding or e-commerce marketing

• Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads Manager; able to interpret ROI, CPM and CTR independently

• Familiar with content and growth strategies on Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok and Facebook

• Experience in planning and executing campaigns (online or offline)

• Experience in community management is an advantage

• Data-driven; comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for ad and content analysis

• Experience leading a small team is preferred (will lead content and community roles)

• Proactive, full of ideas and able to drive projects independently in a growing company

1. Social Media

• Own the overall content direction and growth strategy of the brand accounts

• Lead the content creator and videographer roles to ensure consistent output

• Conduct monthly reviews of platform data: reach, engagement, follower growth and top-performing content

2. Paid Advertising

• Own Meta advertising strategy, budget allocation and daily optimisation; accountable for ad ROI

• Plan creative testing and work with the content team to produce ad assets

• Record daily ad data, review weekly and adjust direction accordingly

3. Events

• Plan and execute online campaigns (promotions, festive seasons, product launches)

• Plan and run offline events (markets, tasting sessions, pop-ups)

• Plan marketing calendars at least two months ahead of key seasons such as Chinese New Year

4. Community

• Define community growth and operating strategy; lead the community executive

• Plan community activities to increase engagement and in-group sales

• Work closely with the customer service team to convert traffic into sales
