Candidates with or without experience in the logistics industry are welcome to apply. Experience in import/inbound logistics will be an added advantage.

Monitor and track active shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Follow up on pending shipping and customs documentation.

Update customers on shipment progress and status.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide effective solutions.

Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, customs brokers, haulage providers, and customers to ensure smooth shipment operations.

Escalate shipment delays or operational issues when necessary.

Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

Ensure all shipment milestones are completed within the required timeline.
