Experience in budget management and financial oversight for property operations.

Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving operational goals.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to property management and tenant acquisition.

Ability to work onsite in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, and contribute to a 50-person company focused on financial independence through property investment.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all facilities and services.

Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering positive relationships to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of work orders and preventative maintenance schedules.

Develop and manage operational budgets, tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring financial targets are met.

Lead and mentor a team of property operations staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure optimal team productivity.

Implement and enforce property policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to attract new tenants and support leasing efforts, including property viewings and lease negotiations.

Oversee renovation projects, managing contractors, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion and property enhancement.
