Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in security or surveillance.
- Experience in security operations management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Skilled in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Familiar with surveillance systems (CCTV) and the latest security technologies.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to lead and manage a security team.
- High level of integrity with a good disciplinary record.
- Willing to work at 8, Raub, Pahang 27600, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the facility to identify potential security hazards, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and operational guidelines.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and policy violations, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary, coordinating responses to critical incidents.
- Manage the scheduling and deployment of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts and areas.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities, incident reports, and personnel logs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, laws, and company policies.
