Bachelor /Master Degree in Architecture (Part II) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience

Registered with Board of Architects Malaysia

Proficient in MS Office, CAD, 3D Rendering software (e.g. Revit, Google SketchUp, etc.)

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay

Possess driving license and able to drive

In-depth knowledge of architecture specifications, standards, and codes

Great leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Be adaptable and work independently coupled with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Self-motivated, diligent and team player quality to achieve common goals

Able to plan, organise, and manage multiple activities

Able to work outstation, perform under pressure, and deliver projects and tasks on time

Professional, proper etiquette, patient, and enthusiastic
