Bachelor's Degree in Law (preferred) or relevant professional experience

Strong background in Procurement Contract Management, Governance, or Commercial Contracting

Experience working within large multinational or global organizations

Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and change management skills

Proven experience leading cross-functional or international initiatives

Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and risk management capabilities

Ability to navigate complex environments and drive transformational change

Lead global procurement contracting governance and advisory activities

Develop, standardize, and modernize contract templates, policies, and processes

Drive contracting excellence through process harmonization and best practices

Manage Contract Board Governance and procurement signing authorities

Champion digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance

Partner with legal, procurement, compliance, and business stakeholders globally

Drive change management and contracting capability development across procurement teams

Build strong stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted contracting advisor
