• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, IT, or related discipline

• PRINCE2 or PMP Certification (Mandatory)

• ITIL Foundation Certification preferred

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Technology Transformation

• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale IT projects

• Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions

• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with regional and global teams

• Drive project execution using industry best practices and established project management methodologies

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and global delivery partners

• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project changes

• Ensure solutions comply with technology, security, risk, and operational standards

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and support seamless transition into business operations

• Champion project governance, continuous improvement, and customer-focused outcomes
