Full Time Senior Production Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Malaysia Steel Works (KL) Bhd Selangor - Maukerja

Requirements:

1. The candidate needs to work closely with an expatriate consultant from China. As such, it is REQUIRED for the candidate to converse in Mandarin.

2. The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, or equivalent.

3. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the steel manufacturing industry.

4. Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and/or stakeholders.

5. Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Raja, Klang

Responsibilities:

1. Manage corrective and preventive maintenance for production operations.

2. Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to enhance system and process efficiency.

3. Monitor production methods, equipment performance, and product quality, and recommend improvements.

4. Drive continuous improvement in process, productivity, quality, and material yield.

5. Conduct technical studies and lead troubleshooting for process and equipment issues.

6. Prepare reports, analyses, and support planning, programs, and implementation with subordinates.

7. Enforce safety rules, code of conduct, and good housekeeping practices, and perform other duties as assigned.
