Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage

Candidates must able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, while Mandarin will be an added advantage

Able to use Microsoft Excel and basic office tools

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Good communication skills

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

(Handle Accounts Payable: process supplier invoices and payments

OR

Handle Accounts Receivable: issue invoices and follow up on payments)

Maintain proper records of financial transactions

Assist with simple account reconciliations

Support daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document handling)

Liaise with internal teams and external parties when needed
