Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions, ensuring all invoices, receipts, and payments are accurately recorded.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and support various functions of the finance department, including cash flow management.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice preparation, payment processing, and collections management.

Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Assist with audit processes by providing supporting documentation and transaction explanations.

Support compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other statutory corporate requirements.

Perform other ad-hoc reporting and duties as assigned by management.
