Full Time HR & Admin Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Vivastar Entertainment Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 1–2 years of HR experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and candidates.

(Salary Package)

Bilingual HR

• 22 working days: RM2,000 + RM500 allowance + commission

• 26 working days: RM2,500 + RM500 allowance + commission

Trilingual HR

• 22 working days: RM2,500 + RM500 allowance + commission

• 26 working days: RM3,000 + RM500 allowance + commission

• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.

• Handle payroll, attendance, leave administration, and other HR documentation.

• Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and training activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws.

• Support daily HR and administrative operations.

• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
