1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or business services environment
2. Solid knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR best practices, and HR systems
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
4. Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong attention to detail and reporting capabilities
5. A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
6. Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin for this role
7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1. Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, and employee relations
2. Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programmes
3. Maintaining employee records, documents, and databases to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
4. Collaborating with managers to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns
5. Coordinating training and development activities to enhance employee skills and performance
6. Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and well-being
7. Provide administrative duties
