Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Requirement: 7-10 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role specifically within Food Retail, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or Cold Chain logistics

Sales Strategy & Commercial Leadership: Develop and execute the Company's sales and commercial strategies to achieve sustainable revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and long-term business objectives.

Business Performance Management: Lead the overall sales function to achieve agreed sales, gross profit, market share, and business performance targets through effective planning, execution, and performance monitoring.

Channel Development: Develop and optimise sales channels, distribution networks, and route-to-market strategies to improve market penetration and sales effectiveness.

Sales Planning & Forecasting: Lead annual sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and demand planning to ensure alignment with the Company's strategic and financial objectives.

Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organisation by strengthening employee capability, engagement, succession planning, and leadership development.

Financial Accountability: Manage sales budgets, trade investments, operating expenses, and profitability to maximise return on investment and achieve financial targets.

Market Intelligence & Business Development: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and mitigate commercial risks.
