Summary of Scope

• Manage end-to-end export shipment operations.

• Coordinate shipment bookings and logistics providers.

• Ensure timely order processing and shipment execution.

• Monitor shipment performance, costs, and compliance.

• Handle customer inquiries, claims, and operational issues.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance export service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Export Execution

• Manage export orders (Demand Mode, MTO, IVC flows).

• Release orders in SAP/APO and generate delivery documents.

• Ensure timely OBD creation and shipment readiness.

• Arrange transport trials for new SKUs or new loading methods.

• Coordinate pre-shipment inspections.

• Provide shipment status updates to importing markets.

• Prepare Proforma Invoices (PFI) for LC and pre-clearance shipments.

• Monitor and optimize container utilization (CCU).
