The Role / 职位定位

You are WJDIGITAL Malaysia's founding people hire. This is not an office-admin role — company secretarial, bookkeeping and facilities are outsourced. Your job is people: finding them, hiring them, keeping them, and building the system that scales from 5 to 50.

Requirements / 任职要求

• Industry (Mandatory) | 行业背景（硬性）: 5+ years in HR/talent at internet, software, or AI companies — or at a recruitment agency with a proven tech desk. Non-tech industry background will not be considered. / 5 年以上互联网、软件或 AI 公司的人力/人才工作经验，或在猎头公司负责科技线且有实绩。非科技行业背景不予考虑。

• Proven closes | 招聘实绩: Be ready to walk us through 3 engineering or product hires you personally sourced and closed — the role, the channel, the offer, the outcome. / 请准备讲清 3 个你亲自寻访并 close 的研发或产品岗位：什么岗、什么渠道、什么 offer、结果如何。

• A network we can see | 可验证的人脉: An active, warm network in KL's tech community — not a LinkedIn follower count. / 在吉隆坡科技圈拥有活跃且温热的人脉。

• Statutory | 法定实操: Hands-on with i-Akaun, Perkeso, LHDN e-Filing; EP/DP application experience is a strong plus. / 熟练操作 i-Akaun、Perkeso、LHDN e-Filing；有 EP/DP 准证申请经验者显著加分。

• Bilingual | 语言: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (mandatory) — you will work daily with a China- and Vietnam-based team. Bahasa Malaysia a plus. / 中英双语专业流利（必备），需与中国及越南团队日常协作；马来语加分。

• AI-native | AI 工具: You use AI daily and are comfortable in Notion, Linear, Slack. We run on "5 people + 50 AI agents." / 你每天使用 AI 工具，熟练使用 Notion、Linear、Slack。我们以"5 人 + 50 个 AI 智能体"的方式运转。

Responsibilities / 核心职责

Talent Acquisition (60%) | 人才获取

Own end-to-end hiring for engineering, product, design and growth roles. Source directly — your network, communities and outbound are the primary channel, not agencies. Build and own a live talent pipeline for roles we haven't opened yet.

全权负责研发、产品、设计、增长岗位的端到端招聘。以直招为主 —— 你的人脉、社群和主动触达是第一渠道，而非猎头。为尚未开放的岗位提前建立并维护活的人才储备。

Employer Brand & Market Intelligence (15%) | 雇主品牌与市场情报

Position WJDIGITAL in KL's tech talent market. Advise the founder on compensation benchmarks, competitor movements, and where specific talent pools actually sit.

在吉隆坡科技人才市场中确立 WJDIGITAL 的雇主定位。就薪酬基准、竞争对手动向、特定人才池的实际分布向创始人提供判断依据。

People Operations & Compliance (15%) | 人力运营与合规

Own — not necessarily execute — payroll accuracy, EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB, employment contracts under the Employment Act 1955, and Employment Pass / MD-status-related applications for foreign hires. Vendors execute; you are accountable.

对薪资准确性、EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB、依据 Employment Act 1955 的雇佣合同，以及外籍雇员的 Employment Pass / MD Status 相关申请负最终责任。

Performance & Retention (10%) | 绩效与留存

Design lightweight probation, review and goal-setting mechanisms suited to a small, high-output team. Own onboarding quality and the first-90-days experience.

为小规模高产出团队设计轻量的试用期、评估与目标管理机制。对入职质量与前 90 天体验负责。

Compensation / 薪酬

• RM 5,000 – 7,000/month, commensurate with experience and network. / 月薪 RM 5,000 – 7,000，视经验与人脉议定。
