Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (final-year students are preferred).

Strong interest in telemarketing, sales, business development, or commercial operations.

Excellent proficiency and fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in speaking to new people.

Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Assist in conducting market research to identify potential personalities and industry opportunities.

Make outbound cold calls to prospective personalities and industries.

Schedule appointments or forward qualified interviews to the sales team. 

Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Support the sales and business development team with administrative tasks as required.
