Requirements
Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience as a barista is an added advantage (training will be provided).
Responsibilities
Ensure orders are prepared accurately and quickly (drinks ready within 3 minutes).
Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness of the bar area, and equipment.
Dress neatly and arrive 15 minutes before shift starts.
Serve customers politely, with a smile and professionalism.
Master upselling scripts and techniques.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
