Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the food production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and minimize waste.
- Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and sales teams.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production cycle.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain operational flow.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
