About the role

D Swim Academy is one of Malaysia's leading swim academies, serving thousands of students across multiple locations. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic, organised and proactive individual to join our management team as an Operation & Customer Service Executive.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating people, improving processes and ensuring things get done. You will work closely with Management and gain exposure to operations, administration, customer service, staffing, events and business management.

Working Time

• Monday : Off Day

• Tuesday - Friday : 9:00AM to 6:00PM / 11:00AM to 8:00PM

• Saturday & Sunday : 8:00AM to 6:30PM

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar operations or customer service role, preferably in the sports and recreation, events or hotel management industry

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

• Proficient in using office software and technology to streamline operations

• Takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities

• Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are a bonus

Key responsibilities

• Handles the operations of the academy.

• Attend to student and client's enquiries efficiently across all channels including face to face, on phone and online platform.

• Coordinating class schedules, programme arrangements and student-related matters.

• Supporting the planning and execution of swim programmes, competitions, events, courses and academy activities.

• Coordinating venue bookings, facility setup, vendor, logistics, traffics and operational requirements.

• Preparing reports, documentation, operational records and internal communications.

• Managing office supplies, retail inventory and general operational resources.

• Assisting with recruitment coordination, staff onboarding and employee engagement activities.

• Liaising with coaches, suppliers, departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.

• Reception duties during weekends and peak operational periods.

• Taking ownership of operational projects and contributing ideas to continuously improve our systems and customer experience.
